Anniversary Event for Employees
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, the employee anniversary event took place in July 2019 at the Paulaner am Nockherberg. The whole event was designed under the main theme #WHATSNEXT. Around 1,800 employees from 6 different institutes, plus their partners and children, had the opportunity to chat and experience the Fraunhofer world in fantastic weather and with an entertaining supporting programme. The concept, a kind of festival with various stages, offered the employees a varied programme. The Fraunhofer world was made tangible by the beer garden stage with numerous bands, children’s activities such as puppet theater and drum workshops as well as a small trade fair with exhibits and activities from the respective institutes. The highlight of the evening was a performance by Monobon Son, a Bavarian Afrojazz band, which improved the guests’ good mood even further.
In close cooperation with the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and the design agency, GRAL was responsible for the entire organization of the event – from the conception to the implementation of the event.
