Anniversary School Festival
In September 2021, GRAL was hired to support the Bavarian International School (BIS) in Haimhausen with the implementation of their school festival for the 30th school anniversary. Almost 2,000 invited guests, including students, teachers, parents and representatives from politics, the press and the school community, came to the extensive school grounds around the beautiful castle to celebrate. The highlights of the varied programme were various performances and activities by the students from the Haimhausen and City campuses, talks and discussions, as well as a performance by the band Gary & Gerry at the end of the day in front of the colorfully lit castle. Various food trucks provided refreshments as well as different food options.
GRAL took over the overall organization of the event, from guest management and the hygiene protocol to the coordination of deliveries and service providers.
