Just in time for the start of the new series “The Grand Tour”, the event agency GRAL was hired to realize the associated advertising shoot in Berlin. For this purpose, half of a Toyota Prius, that had “crashed” into the ground, was staged on the Hackescher Markt in Berlin. Additional smoke and the car’s headlights made the staged scene look like a real crash at first glance and attracted many passers-by. Similar film shoots also took place in Los Angeles and London at the same time.
GRAL took over the entire event management for Amazon, especially handling the approval process, staging and on-site support.
