Project Manager Event (m/w/d)

To strengthen our teams in our Munich office, we are looking for a:
Projekt Manager Event (m/w/d)

We need your professional support for the following areas of responsibility:

• Strategic client consulting
• Creation of event concepts
• Independent implementation of event concepts in close communication with the team lead
• Client contact and link between all project participants
• Management of suppliers and other service providers
• Overviewing budgets and deadlines
• Independent realization and supervision of events including follow-up and billing

What we expect:

• Completed business administration or communication studies with a focus on events or completed vocational training as an event manager and/or BA in event management / marketing or comparable training with a focus on event management / tourism / sports management
• A minimum of three years of work experience in a similar position at an agency or as a client
• First verifiable experience in the independent supervision of events as well as being the independent contact person to clients
• Independent work ethic with the ambition to activiely further topics
• Enjoying organizing events and working in a team
• Solution- and goal-oriented work ethic and a high aspiration for good quality and service providing as well as attention to detail
• Congenial and confident appearance as well as a competent style of consulting towards clients
• Leadership and social skills
• Exceptional communication skills and assertiveness
• Exceptional knowledge of spoken and written English and German
• Exceptional skills in common Office applications; skills in graphics softwares is welcomed
