Junior Project Manager Event (m/w/d)

The following tasks will be your responsibility:

As a Junior Project Manager Event, you will support your team with the comception, planing, organization and implementation of events and projects.

• Creating event concepts
• Preparation of cost calculations
• Planning of order of events
• Implementation and supervision of events
• Follow-up and billing

What we expect:

• Completed business administration or communication studies with a focus on events or completed vocational training as an event manager and/or BA in event management / marketing or comparable training with a focus on event management / tourism / sports management
• A minimum of one year of work experience in a similar position at an agency or as a client
• Enjoying organizing events and working in a team
• Solution- and goal-oriented work ethic and a high aspiration for good quality and service providing as well as attention to detail
• Congenial and confident appearance as well as a competent style of consulting towards clients
• Exceptional communication skills and assertiveness
• Exceptional knowledge of spoken and written English and German
• Exceptional skills in common Office applications; skills in graphics softwares is welcomed
